A staggering 35 local business representatives attended the Hartlepool Warriors Chapter of the BNI on 11th March 2008 at the Marine Hotel, Seaton Carew to experience a BNI Meeting.
If you couldn't attend, view our Fat Minute to see what the hartlepol Warriors Chapter of the BNI could do for your business.
We recently held a networking event at Spring Leisure in Hartelpool on the 15th May 2007. The aim of the event was to educate business people in the art of successful referral marketing and introduce them to the BNI.
Master of Ceromony for the evening was Stewart McFarlane, MBE formerly ‘Big Mac’ of BBC Radio Cleveland and we also had a guest speaker - Alan Higham from the BNI.
During the course of the evening local business men and women got the chance to talk to Warrior Chapter members about the advantages of joining the BNI, witnessed several demonstrations of the famed "60 second slot". The 60 second slot is carried out each BNI meeting by every BNI member and is a way of educating your fellow BNI chapter members as to what your company does and lets them know what particular types of work you are particularly looking for.
Many BNI members from other chapters in the area also attended the event and I'm sure that everbody had a great time and met many new contacts who may or may not join the Warriors chapter of the BNI.
Over 250 invitations were sent out to local businesses and we had about 60 visitors on the evening
Thanks to everybody who attended.
Now take the next step - get down to a morning meeting at the Grand Hotel on Tuesday morning at 6.45am
